Office Pride of NWA is a premier commercial and office cleaning company based in Springdale. Are

WE OFFER

Pay starting from $14.50 per hour. Paid Training. Flexible part-time or full-time shifts available. Mon-Fri: Shifts between 5:30 pm-10:30 pm. Performance & Anniversary Bonuses. Holiday pay. Travel Pay: For between buildings. Career Advancement: Full-time or managerial roles available.


RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

Attention to Detail: Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene, and ability to notice

small details in cleaning tasks.

Organization Skills: Keep cleaning supplies and equipment in order. Time Management: Efficiently managing time to complete tasks promptly. Exactness: Following checklists, instructions, and details. Systematic Cleaning: Including but not limited to restrooms, vacuuming, kitchen area and

appliances, dusting, mopping, and waste disposal.

Meticulous Care: Ensuring all cleaning tasks and restocking needs are handled with care. Clear Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with management, clients, and

team members when necessary.



OUR REQUIREMENTS

MUST have own transportation. Commercial cleaning or housekeeping experience a plus. Ability to lift 35 lbs. Positive attitude.
