(PART TIME) ONE DAY PER WEEK Cleaning (TROY/DOTHAN/ENTERPRISE) Service Days(Friday and Saturday)

As a Janitorial staff member, you will be essential in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our facilities. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, your core responsibilities will include commercial cleaning, floor care, and custodial duties. Your experience in janitorial and custodial roles will ensure high standards of cleanliness are met. Additionally, your skills in industrial cleaning and facilities maintenance will enhance our operational efficiency. Qualifications

Proven janitorial and custodial experience in commercial settings Strong cleaning skills, including floor care and buffing Familiarity with industrial cleaning and facilities maintenance Experience in residential painting and porter duties is a plus Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining cleanliness standards

Most have reliable Transportation!! ENTRANCE: Vacuum walk-off mat. Clean entrance door glass interior and exterior. Wipe immediate entrance area to remove dirt and sand. Dust corners and edges to remove cobwebs. PATIENT WAITING AREA: Vacuum area carpets. Vacuum or sweep vinyl tile floor. Damp mop vinyl tile floor. Dust accessible horizontal surfaces. Arrange magazines. RECEPTION (BUSINESS OFFICE) AREA: Discard trash and replace liner as needed. Damp wipe and sanitize reception counter. Vacuum carpets. Dust accessible horizontal surfaces. Clean glass of French doors. TREATMENT ROOMS: Vacuum or sweep vinyl tile floor. Damp mop and sanitize vinyl tile floor. Dust accessible horizontal areas including tops of cabinets. Damp wipe cabinet fronts. Spot clean walls and switch plates as needed. Clean and polish all chrome and stainless steel sinks. LAB: Vacuum or sweep vinyl tile floor. Damp mop and sanitize vinyl tile floor. Damp wipe cabinet fronts. Dust accessible horizontal areas including tops of cabinets. DISCARD ALL TRASH AND REPLACE LINER

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
