Commercial Cleaner - Full Time

Toyota of Melbourne, Brevard County's largest volume automobile dealer, is actively seeking a Commercial Cleaner to take care of our Service building and carry out basic office cleaning. The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition.

Responsibilities:

Keeping janitorial closet clean and organized Empty waste receptacles and replace soiled/damaged liners. Vacuum carpeted areas and remove spots. Dust horizontal and vertical surfaces Perform restroom maintenance/cleaning in showroom and repair shop. Sweep and damp mopping hard surface floors. Replenish restroom supplies. Operate and maintain equipment such as vacuum cleaners. Perform other duties as assigned. Cleaning and maintenance of the repair shop Strong communication skills Conduct all work in accordance with company safety and personnel policies, requirements, and regulations.

Minimum Requirements:

Have at least one year of commercial janitorial experience Be at least 18 years of age Have a valid work permit or be a U.S. citizen Have physical ability to perform all aspects of job duties Detail oriented and values quality workmanship Have reliable transportation. Must have a valid Florida driver's license and pass background and drug screens.
