This job is in Plano Texas. It is a small office building to be cleaned 2 times per week (Every Tuesday and Thursday anytime between the hours of 830am and 4pm).

Therefore, this is a day time clean only. No keys required. It generally takes 45mins - 1 hour to thoroughly clean this facility at each visit.

The start date is December 2nd 2025.

The monthly pay is $265.00 (which is roughly $30+ dollars per hour of cleaning). This is a very easy clean and a long term assignment that can and will lead to other opportunities/cleaning assignments for the right person.

Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas, ensuring high standards of hygiene and presentation. Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces to maintain a spotless environment. Empty trash receptacles and replace liners regularly to promote cleanliness and waste management. Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure availability at all times. Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively following all health and safety guidelines. Conduct routine inspections of the premises to identify areas needing attention or maintenance issues that require reporting. Collaborate with team members to complete daily cleaning schedules efficiently while adhering to quality standards. Follow established protocols for cleaning sensitive areas or equipment to prevent contamination or damage.

Qualifications

Proven experience in cleaning, commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for motivated candidates. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing time effectively. Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks throughout the shift. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment safety procedures is a plus. Pay: $22.34 - $33.12 per hour
