Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various environments, including commercial and residential spaces. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

Perform custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting to ensure all areas are clean and well-maintained. Execute floor care tasks such as buffing and polishing to maintain the appearance of various flooring types. Conduct industrial cleaning tasks in compliance with safety standards and regulations. Assist with residential painting projects as needed, ensuring high-quality finishes. Maintain cleanliness in facilities by regularly emptying trash bins, sanitizing surfaces, and replenishing supplies. Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning assignments are completed efficiently and effectively. Act as a porter when required, assisting with the movement of furniture or equipment during cleaning operations.

Experience

Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with floor care techniques and equipment is a plus. Experience in facilities maintenance or industrial cleaning environments is advantageous. A strong understanding of cleaning products and their appropriate usage is beneficial. Ability to work independently while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness is essential.

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
