IMMEDIATE NEED: Part-time office cleaner needed in Frankfort, Indiana on Mondays and Thursdays after 4:00 PM until 6:30 PM (total of 5 hours a week). Starting pay is $15 an hour.

Job Position Description:
This position is responsible for creating cleaner and healthier environments for our customer's buildings and grounds by performing the following duties and responsibilities. Duties include but not limited to:

• Perform all cleaning duties for facilities using provided N7 products, tools and procedures
• Sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, restroom cleaning, windows
• Deactivate and reactivate site alarm as needed
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
• Must be able to be responsible with keys to the site

Physical Demands and Qualifications:

• Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching
• Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25lbs.
• Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.
• Contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time
• Treat all co-workers and customers with courtesy and respect
• Must have a working cell phone with cellular service and voicemail.
• Must have a car or truck that can reliably get you to the site as needed.
• Must be able to reliably and consistently work on Mondays and Thursdays from 4:00pm - 6:30pm.
