Proven experience in warehouse distribution, order picking, shipping & receiving, or related roles.
Skilled in operating forklifts, clamp trucks, crane lifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy equipment safely and effectively.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for accurate inventory control.
Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of OSHA safety standards for material handling and heavy equipment operation.
Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently while maintaining proper ergonomic practices.
Strong understanding of warehouse procedures including load & unload processes, materials handling, and inventory management.
Experience with construction or industrial environments is a plus for specialized tasks involving heavy machinery.
Excellent attention to detail for order picking accuracy using pickers or similar tools.
Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors seamlessly.
