Responsibilities

Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas, ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and well-maintained Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and wipe down surfaces to uphold hygiene standards Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste responsibly while maintaining recycling protocols Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and toilet paper to ensure continuous availability Use specialized cleaning equipment safely and effectively to achieve optimal results Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to guarantee consistency and quality Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for swift resolution Maintain a clean and organized storage area for cleaning supplies and equipment

Requirements

Proven experience in cleaning, commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties efficiently Reliable with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic Knowledge of safety procedures related to cleaning chemicals and equipment is advantageous
