Overview

We are seeking a Direct Hire skilled and detail-oriented Commercial Casework Installer to join our construction team. This role involves the installation of custom cabinetry, millwork, and other casework components across various commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, blueprint reading, and construction site experience, with proficiency in using hand tools and power tools. Duties

Install commercial casework including cabinets, millwork, and related fixtures according to schematics and blueprints Read and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and technical specifications to ensure accurate installation Use hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently during installation processes Coordinate with project managers, electricians, plumbers, and other trades to ensure seamless workflow Perform site inspections to verify proper fit, alignment, and finish of installed components Apply caulking, trim carpentry, and finishing techniques to achieve high-quality results Operate equipment such as scaffolding or lifts as needed for elevated installations Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety standards throughout all phases of installation Assist in fabrication or modification of casework components on-site when required

Experience

Proven experience in commercial construction or cabinetry installation preferred Familiarity with blueprint reading and schematics is essential Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation required Knowledge of construction management practices including estimating, inspection, and project coordination is a plus Skills in related trades such as plumbing, electrical work, masonry, roofing, or restoration are advantageous Ability to read technical drawings and schematics accurately Prior experience working on construction sites with adherence to safety protocols is necessary

Pay: $30.00 - $57.00 per hour
