WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE A COMMERCIAL AND MORTGAGE SERVICING ANALYST AT PDCU

As a Commercial and Mortgage Servicing Analyst at People Driven Credit Union, you will take on the vital responsibility of managing and servicing a diverse portfolio of Commercial and Small Business lines of credit, unsecured and secured loans, as well as residential second mortgages and home improvement loans. Your expertise will be essential in educating businesses and homeowners about various loan products and their requirements, simplifying complex conditions, and ensuring all necessary documentation is accurate and compliant with credit union policies and regulations. Your role will also involve conducting thorough loan investigations, calculating loan amortization schedules, and executing system adjustments and corrections efficiently. Additionally, you will manage business title and UCC filings, ensure proper insurance compliance, and monitor flood insurance to safeguard our members' interests. REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS COMMERCIAL AND MORTGAGE SERVICING ANALYST JOB
