Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Drywall Estimator/Project Manager.

Responsibilities

Prepare detailed and accurate construction estimates for commercial drywall projects using Develop comprehensive project budgets, including cost control measures and pricing strategies. Review project plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure scope clarity and accuracy. Coordinate with project teams to develop schedules, resource allocations, and logistics plans. Oversee project execution from inception through completion, ensuring adherence to safety standards, quality requirements, and deadlines. Implement effective cost control measures to maximize profitability while maintaining high standards of quality. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with project specifications. Maintain detailed documentation of project activities, budgets, change orders, and contractual agreements.

Experience

Proven experience in construction estimating and project management within the commercial drywall or general construction industry. Demonstrated ability in negotiation, contract management, and cost control strategies. Construction site experience is highly desirable for understanding on-the-ground project challenges. Knowledge of construction management practices, safety protocols, and building codes. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This role requires a proactive professional capable of leading projects efficiently while fostering positive relationships with clients and team members alike. Candidates should be committed to excellence in construction delivery and possess a thorough understanding of commercial drywall processes from estimation through project completion.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $215,000.00 per year
