What You'll Do

As an

In-Home HVAC Sales Representative

, you'll meet with

pre-qualified homeowners

(no cold calling!) to assess their needs and recommend customized comfort solutions. You'll guide them through the process with confidence, care, and professionalism.
Your day-to-day will include:Meeting with residential customers in their homes to assess HVAC needs Presenting tailored solutions and

closing deals on the spot

Following up on warm leads and referrals--

no door knocking required

Collaborating with install and service teams for a seamless customer experience Staying current on product knowledge and industry trends

What You Bring

Proven success in in-home or consultative sales (

HVAC experience a plus, but not required

) A self-starter mindset with a passion for helping people Strong communication and closing skills Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
