The firm has a family atmosphere as the founders/partners encourage everyone to collaborate with each other as not one person can know everything, but everyone knows something. Also, no one acts like they are above you in any way. What you bring to the team\xe2\x80\xa6

• Colorado attorney licensure (current or pending), with no pending grievances or malpractice claims
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with team of professionals
• Commitment to exemplary professionalism and customer service
• Desire for leadership and prominence in the Colorado Family Law Section
• At least some family law experience, preferably in private practice in the State of Colorado
• Superior communication skills (verbal & written), customer service acumen, unblemished ethics, and a willingness to serve the community
• Willingness and ability to engage in regular networking and professional development
