Ensure real-time, accurate updates in CRM/Dynamics for leads, interactions, and opportunities.
Coordinate with other specialties to deliver integrated, high-impact client solutions.
Increase market visibility through client outreach, networking, and participation in industry events.
Qualifications

5-8 years of experience in insurance, financial services, or corporate risk, ideally in Surety or Credit.
Proven track record in business development and commercial strategy.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify market trends and transform them into actionable strategies.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing abilities.
Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven, with strong accountability.
High level of initiative, autonomy, and resilience.
Fluent English (spoken and written).
