Dealer Collision Group is NOW HIRING an Experienced Collision Estimator to join our team!

We are a opening a new shop in the Kailua, Hawaii area and we're seeking high-performing candidates that will deliver consistent, quality estimates while meeting efficiency standards and ensuring customer satisfaction.

The Estimator is responsible for performing high-quality collision damage assessment, creating accurate repair plans, communicating with customers and insurance partners, and supporting the repair process from vehicle check-in to delivery at DCG Collision.

Compensation: $8000 per month

Requirements:

Have at least 2+ years of collision estimating experience; sales experience preferred. Be at least 18 years of age. Have a valid driver's license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy. Possess a Motor Vehicle Physical Damage Appraisers License. Ability to do consistent physical activity -- reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs. Have prior experience with CCC1 or similar estimating software. Have an advanced understanding and knowledge of the repair process/procedures. Demonstrate strong sales orientation. Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Assess vehicle damage and prepare accurate estimates for repairs. Utilize automotive diagnostics and mechanical knowledge to identify issues. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repair processes and costs. Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs. Maintain detailed records of estimates and customer interactions. Stay updated on automotive repair techniques and industry standards.
