Ourisman Chevrolet of Bowie is hiring a receptionist at our award collision center.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:*
Greet customers warmly, answer phone calls, and provide professional and prompt responses to inquiries.
Scheduling:
Schedule appointments for vehicle repairs and maintenance, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
Administrative Duties:*
Manage customer databases, file paperwork, log repair orders, and maintain accurate records.
Communication:
Act as a liaison between customers, technicians, and insurance companies, providing updates on repair status and coordinating vehicle pick-ups.
Paperwork & Billing:*
Assist with insurance paperwork, generate invoices for services, process payments, and explain charges to customers.
Office Management:*
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and safe, and manage office supplies.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Previous Body shop experience is very helpful and not required
Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organization:Strong organizational skills to manage tasks, appointments, and records effectively.
Customer Service:A friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Technical Familiarity
*:
Some familiarity with automotive terminology and insurance processes will be beneficial. Attention to Detail:Accuracy is crucial for handling customer information, paperwork, and billing.
Bilingual Spanish speaking is preferred.

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
