ASM Sports is a global sports agency Co-Founded by golfing legend Ernie Els. We help student athletes with their college recruitment process to the NCAA, NAIA and NJCAA. We are looking for a highly motivated & self-driven Sales Representative to join our sales team to help us recruit future sports stars.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop innovative strategies to achieve sales goals, as well as make meaningful connections with our customers. We provide all leads, no cold calls.

Job description

Be knowledgeable about our programs Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs Emphasize the features of products to highlight how they solve customer problems Answer questions about the products Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements Collaborate with colleagues in many different sectors Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships Top commission structure for closers Self motivated Competitive attitude Capable of making 100 calls a day Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in calling customers and making a sale Communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of a product to potential customers Sports knowledge or background preferred
