No previous insurance knowledge or experience needed- we will train you in everything you need to know!

Wilber is looking for new collectors to join our Great Place to Work Certified office in Bloomington, Illinois! We are looking for self-driven, trainable, and professional individuals to join our Recovery team! Your main responsibility as a Full-Time collector is to take/place calls, find solutions and recover assets for clients. Our Collectors start with a base pay of $19 an hour ($21 if bilingual in Spanish) along with

uncapped commissions and possible bonus incentives.

Strong candidates for this role must have a

high school diploma or GED
