Job Description
RideShare Carz is looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Collections Specialist to join our growing collections team. In this role, you'll manage billing, process payments, reconcile past due accounts, and ensure accurate records -- all while helping the company achieve its growth goals.

Job Responsibilities:
Generate and process invoices for rentals, mileage, tolls, and more Manage and reconcile payments and third-party accounts Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to customer inquiries Monitor overdue payments and coordinate reminders Maintain detailed records and prepare reports
What We're Looking For:
Bilingual in English & Spanish 6+ months of collections or accounts receivable experience Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Excellent communication and multitasking abilities Familiarity with accounting software and billing platforms
Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday: 8:30am to 5:30pm; 12:00pm to 1:00pm we are closed for lunch.
