Responsibilities for Collections Representative:
Collections account management Customer service Assist with credit origination
Hours for Collections Representative:
5-day work week No Sundays Work most Saturdays with a weekday off One weekend off a month Store hours: M-F 9-7, Sat 9-4 40-45 hours per week Overtime pay for hours over 40 each week
Requirements for Collections Representative:
Collections, customer retention, or related experience Able to work on-site Able to pass a background check Able to work the listed hours Good computer/keyboard skills Good negotiation & problem-solving skills
