What You'll Do:

Engage with consumers to find amicable solutions to resolve past-due accounts. Use respectful and compliant communication to guide consumers through repayment options. Work with a

steady flow of high-balance accounts

, giving you the opportunity to maximize your earning potential. Meet performance goals while maintaining empathy and professionalism. What We're Looking For:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A self-motivated attitude with a commitment to discipline and results. Ability to stay positive and solution-oriented in challenging situations. Prior collections or customer service experience is a plus, but not required -- we'll train the right people!

Work Hours:

Monday - Thursday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
