What You'll Be Doing:

As a Field Retention Specialist, you'll:

Visit customers at their homes

to help them resolve overdue account balances in a respectful and professional manner. Communicate clearly and kindly to help customers understand their options. Stay in regular touch with your supervisor to provide updates on your progress. Follow all company procedures and safety guidelines, including health protocols.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, has strong communication skills, and takes initiative without needing to be micromanaged.

- Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face.

You'll also need:

A valid driver's license. A dependable vehicle with auto insurance. A smartphone for basic work communication.

Pay & Perks:

Expected Weekly Pay

- Earn

$350-$500+ per week

, depending on your performance.

Part-Time:15-20 hours per week

Paid Training

- No experience? No worries--we'll train you and pay you to learn.

Mileage Reimbursement

- $0.40 per mile driven.
