We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our Loan Servicing Department as a Collection Specialist/Loan Servicer. As a Collection Specialist/Loan Servicer, you will play a vital role in our organization by providing exceptional customer service to our customers in performing your assigned loan servicing and collections duties.

As a Collection Specialist/Loan Servicer, you will be responsible for:

• 
  Communicating with clients via telephone and email to provide customer service, research, and draft correspondence.
• Establishing and monitoring payment arrangements and working with customers to resolve delinquent accounts.
• Managing loan servicing activities such as tracking and reporting loan activity, processing monetary transactions, and administering escrow accounts.
• Managing collection activities including assisting in the handling of foreclosure proceedings and managing bank-owned properties, when necessary.
• Using various software applications, including Cleartouch, Collection Manager, Word, and Excel to carryout loan servicing and collections activities.

Qualifications:

• 
  Strong customer service skills with the ability to work through difficult situations.
• Self-motivated and well-organized individual who can prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong mathematical skills and knowledge of Word and Excel programs are required.
• Prior experience in loan servicing or collections is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

The Collection Specialist/Loan Servicer role reports to the Brock Pack, AVP Loan Servicing Manager. Brock focuses on open communication, defined roles and responsibilities, mutual respect, trust and support.
