Overview
An agency based in Aurora is in search of a careful and detail-oriented Collection Representative to become part of our team. The perfect candidate will be responsible for overseeing accounts receivable, ensuring the rapid collection of overdue debts, and building positive relationships with clients. Previous experience is not a requirement as we offer extensive paid training. Our compensation model consists of a base salary along with commission.
Responsibilities
Assist customers by responding to their questions regarding account management and payment options. Maintain a high standard of phone etiquette while engaging with consumers.
Qualifications
Strong customer service abilities
Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
No previous experience required; training will be provided
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Ability to negotiate and analyze accounts proficiently.
