About the Role



We're seeking a motivated and disciplined

Cold Calling Specialist

to join our real estate team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on results, enjoys building rapport quickly, and is driven by performance-based income. You will be the first point of contact with homeowners, introducing our services and identifying motivated sellers or potential listing opportunities.

Key Responsibilities



Make daily outbound calls to homeowner leads provided by our team. Follow the provided scripts to identify interest, qualify leads, and schedule follow-up appointments. Maintain a consistent call volume and detailed notes in the CRM system. Achieve weekly KPI targets for call volume, contact rate, and qualified leads. Communicate effectively with the acquisitions or listing team to hand off warm leads. Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews as needed.

Compensation Structure



10% of the Net Commission

received from each successfully closed transaction that originated from your efforts. A

draw-back system

may be available to help maintain consistency before your first deal closes, contingent upon meeting all KPI metrics (such as daily call targets and qualified lead conversion rates). Unlimited earning potential -- this role rewards consistency, skill, and performance.

Ideal Candidate



Strong verbal communication and phone sales skills. Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented. Comfortable working independently and managing time efficiently. Prior experience in real estate, telemarketing, or cold calling preferred but not required. Coachable and receptive to feedback and performance optimization.

Performance Metrics (KPI's)



Minimum number of dials per day (typically 300+). Daily talk time and lead conversion ratio. Number of appointments or qualified leads generated weekly. CRM activity accuracy and responsiveness.
