Job Description

We're looking for friendly, reliable and motivated people to join the coffee team at Black Rifle Coffee Company at MKC. As a coffee team manager, not only will you be the face of our coffee shop, providing exceptional service and delivering quality products to every customer but you'll learn the ins and outs of running the business, training employees and leading an exceptional team.

We are looking for the assistant manager to start training soon. Must be willing to help your team members with shift availability and coverage. Must show up to scheduled shifts on time and ready to work.

Looking For:

Requirements:

Flexible availability for various shifts Ability to lift heavy boxes up to 50lbs Attention to detail Follow food safety and sanitation standards Accurately take and prepare customer orders Must be able to run a POS system Contribute to a fun - team oriented atmosphere

Weekend availability required

Monday - Saturday

5:30 AM - 2:00 PM 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
Sunday

7:30 AM - 4 PM
