We're seeking an enthusiastic After-School Coding Instructor to work with elementary to middle school students. This role is ideal for educators, recent graduates, or professionals who are excited about technology and want to help kids develop problem-solving and digital literacy skills in a fun, hands-on way.
What You'll Teach
Beginner-level coding lessons delivered once per week.
Engaging projects that promote creativity, teamwork, and critical thinking.
Lessons that blend exploration with structured learning to keep students motivated.
Your Responsibilities
Facilitate interactive coding sessions using provided curriculum.
Support students step by step, fostering collaboration and persistence.
Submit class notes/feedback and stay in communication with program staff.
Maintain devices, supplies, and classroom organization.
Who We're Looking For
High school diploma required; college-level coursework or degree preferred.
Experience teaching or supervising children in classroom or enrichment settings.
Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to the full Fall schedule.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 - 2 per week
