Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Beverage Server to join our team in a dynamic dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills and have experience in the food and beverage industry. As a Beverage Server, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional guest experience by serving drinks, taking orders, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

Greet guests promptly and courteously, providing excellent customer service throughout their dining experience. Take drink orders accurately and efficiently using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems. Serve beverages and food items in accordance with established standards of service. Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including bussing tables as needed. Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards during food preparation and service. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math for order totals. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns or special requests. Assist in maintaining a positive atmosphere by engaging with guests and responding to their needs effectively.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred, with a focus on fine dining or upscale establishments. Familiarity with toast POS Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills to foster positive guest relations and enhance the overall dining experience. Basic math skills for accurate order processing and cash handling are essential.
