Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, attentive, and professional Cocktail Server to join our upscale dining and nightlife establishment. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service, take and serve drink orders efficiently, and create a memorable experience for our patrons. This role requires a strong knowledge of food and beverage service, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in fine dining, nightclub settings, or hospitality is preferred.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm Take accurate drink orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Serve cocktails, beverages, and small plates in a timely and professional manner Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and food safety standards are maintained at all times Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the service area Manage guest relations by providing attentive service and addressing any special requests or concerns Handle cash transactions accurately using POS or cashiering systems like OpenTable or similar platforms Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth order flow and timely service Maintain a clean, organized workspace consistent with sanitation standards

Experience

Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or nightlife environments preferred Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar platforms Experience with fine dining service or nightclub settings is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts Familiarity with food safety regulations and sanitation practices Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments accurately Experience with upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities

Pay: $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 - 40.0 per week
