Monkeypod Kitchen by Merriman in Ko Olina is actively seeking Cocktails to join our service team. We are looking for individuals who are motivated, service-oriented, and passionate about craft, teamwork, and doing the right thing.

What You Will Do

Prepare and serve beverages for the dining room through the service bar Support servers by delivering drinks to tables quickly and accurately Assist with clearing glassware and responding to guest requests Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar area Work closely with bartenders and service staff to support smooth service

Pay and Benefits

Wages advertised are inclusive of base pay plus participation in the restaurant tip pool.

Hospitality is a year-round business, and our restaurant is open 364 days a year. Applicants are expected to have open availability, with the understanding that nights, weekends, and holidays are our busiest times.
