DIEMASTER, a world-class injection mold tooling manufacturer with 60+ years of proven success, is seeking an experienced CNC Specialist to join our advanced machining team. About the Role

As a CNC Specialist, you will program, set up, and operate multi-axis CNC machining centers to produce high-accuracy mold components. You'll work closely with our engineering, EDM, and mold-building teams to execute complex machining strategies and deliver parts that meet tight tolerances.

Key Responsibilities

Program, set up, and run CNC mills and/or lathes for precision mold components Read and interpret 2D drawings, 3D CAD models, and detailed mold designs Create efficient toolpaths using CAM software Select tooling, fixtures, and machining strategies for high-performance results Inspect parts using precision measuring tools to verify accuracy Collaborate with mold builders, designers, and team leads to solve machining challenges Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

What We're Looking For

2-5+ years of CNC machining experience (mold or tooling environment preferred) Strong understanding of multi-axis machining and tight-tolerance work Solid CAM programming skills (Mastercam experience is a plus) Ability to troubleshoot programs, setups, and machining issues High mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and strong work ethic

Physical Requirements

Standing for extended periods Frequent movement throughout the shop Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
