CNC Programmer/Machinist

An experienced CNC Programmer/Machinist is needed for our West Chester, OH site who can program and operate CNC machines and manual machines using raw materials to fabricate parts for robotic automation systems. What You'll Do:

Program machining equipment and operate the equipment (conduct test cuts/ program
prove-out).

Transpose measurements from scale drawings into machine operating code. Utilize MASTER CAM software to produce programs while working off drawings in Autodesk Inventor. Identify missing dimension and/or tolerance callouts and report to Engineering. Maintain quality of finished product(s) by performing quality checks (using calipers,
micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring instruments).

Create setup sheets with tooling and work-holding details. Troubleshoot and maintain machines. Write Instructions as needed.

What You'll Bring:

Associates Degree in a technical discipline or Trade School Degree preferred (or equivalent work experience). 3-5 years of CNC machining experience. Solid background in MASTER CAM techniques.

Skills You'll Have:

Experience performing full set-ups, program edits, and holding tolerances on CNC machine with Fanuc controller. Read blueprints and interpret engineering drawings and recognize GD&T specifications. Proficient in current release of Autodesk Inventor software. Basic math and mechanical aptitude. Experience working with various materials.

Ability to conform to shifting priorities and demands. Strong work ethic with ability to work in a team environment. No remote work. Requires US Citizenship (ITAR compliance)
