Summary:
Develop and optimize CNC programs for multi-axis machining of industrial components.Key Duties:
Translate blueprints and CAD models into efficient toolpaths using Mastercam or similar software Program for horizontal boring mills, CNC lathes, and milling machines Reverse engineer legacy parts from samples or scans Collaborate with machinists to troubleshoot setup and improve cycle times
Requirements:
3+ years in CNC programming, preferably in job shop or repair environments Proficiency in CAM software and G-code
Strong blueprint reading and geometric tolerance skills
Pay: $80,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
