We're looking for an experienced CNC Programmer to join our team. In this role, you'll create, refine, and maintain CNC programs that keep our machining operations accurate and efficient. Additionally, you'll collaborate with machinists, engineers, and quality personnel to keep production running smoothly and at the highest standard.

Responsibilities



Creating and optimizing CNC programs in CAM software for multi-axis mills and lathes Editing and fine-tuning G-code to enhance accuracy, reduce cycle times, and boost overall performance Producing clear setup documentation, tooling lists, and process documentation Providing support for complex setups, recommending tooling solutions, and assisting with fixture design Troubleshooting programming or setup issues to keep machines running and reduce downtime Reviewing machining data to refine programs, extend tool life, and improve efficiency Verifying parts meet specs using CMMs and inspection tools Maintaining version control and ensuring all programs stay current Suggesting process improvements that reduce waste and lower costs

Qualifications



At least 5 years of CNC programming experience, including CAM software and G-code proficiency Strong hands-on knowledge of multi-axis mills and CNC lathes Experience supporting setups and troubleshooting Excellent blueprint reading and solid understanding of GD&T Familiarity with CMMs and quality inspection methods A knack for improving processes and the ability to collaborate across departments Clear communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive work style.
