Qualitex is seeking a hardworking and reliable CNC Production Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for running and operating CNC machines. You will machine production parts for the medical device industry. As an operator you will be responsible for specific inspection requirements at the machine and working with our quality team to ensure product quality is being maintained and delivery dates met.

This is a great entry level position for individuals trying to start a career in the manufacturing industry. Opportunity for growth from operator to set up/machinist and programming. To succeed in this position, you will need to be thorough and hardworking, demonstrate a strong working knowledge of basic CNC principles, pay attention to detail and follow instructions and systems accurately.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Load/Unload parts from CNC Ensure machine schedule is being maintained Inspect parts after machining Work with quality on CMM inspections Finishing operations such as bead blasting and parts cleaning
Min. Requirements and Qualifications:

Entry level role, previous manufacturing experience is a plus Read setup sheets and part prints Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently Accurate and precise attention to detail Good communication skills Team player Quick learner

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
