Panel Processing - DET - Entry Level/Trainee



We are seeking motivated individuals to join our

Panel Processing Department

. This department operates CNC panel saws, CNC routers, and a double end tennoner. We are currently looking for a candidate to work on a

two-person team operating the double end tennoner

.


Experience is not required--we are willing to train the right person from the ground up. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with

good mechanical skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic

to start a career in panel processing.

Responsibilities:

Work as part of a two-person team operating the double end tennoner. Load and unload plywood panels onto the machine. Inspect finished parts for quality using a tape measure (to 1/16") and calipers (tools provided). Maintain accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail during production. Perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

No prior experience required (we will provide full training). Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with tools and machinery. Ability to read and use a tape measure and calipers accurately. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Must be able to handle the physical demands of the position (lifting, standing, repetitive motion).

Pay & Benefits:

Starting pay: $16.50/hour for trainees.

Higher pay may be offered to candidates with applicable experience or education. Opportunity for growth and skill development within the company.
