Job Summary

Our B2B sign manufacturing company in Washington, NJ, is seeking an entry-level CNC operator to join our team. Candidates with some experience in Corel or SketchUp are preferred. No prior CNC operation experience is required, as we're happy to provide training in our shop. We're looking for an analytical individual with a willingness to learn and a positive approach to contribute to our fast-paced, industry-focused environment.

Responsibilities

Asist main operators with file prep and machine set-ups. Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members on the assembly line for efficient production processes. Utilize hand tools and fabrication techniques to complete tasks as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety standards. Assist in materials handling and packaging of finished products.

Requirements

Experience with Corel drive and/or Sketchup. Competence in using CAD software (such as SolidWorks) for design purposes is desirable. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to machining processes. Prior experience in quality control processes within a manufacturing environment is preferred. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.

Pay: $20.00 - $27.07 per hour

Expected hours: 45 per week
