We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines to fabricate high-quality components according to specifications. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes. The CNC Operator will work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with other team members to ensure production goals are met efficiently.
Duties
Operate CNC machines to produce parts as per engineering drawings and specifications.
Fabricate components using various materials while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Interpret technical drawings.
Conduct routine maintenance on machines and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation.
Package finished products according to company guidelines for shipment or storage.
Use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers to verify dimensions and tolerances of finished parts.
Collaborate with engineering and quality control teams to improve processes and resolve any discrepancies.
Skills
Proficiency in operating CNC machinery.
Strong understanding of basic math concepts for measurements and calculations.
Ability to read blueprints and technical documentation effectively.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think logically under pressure.
