The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines and have woodworking experience. Cabinet shop experience would be preferred. This role requires attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The CNC Operator will play a crucial role in ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
Responsibilities:
*Set up and operate CNC machines according to specifications and blueprints
*Read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and work orders
*Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
*Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
*Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the machining process
*Maintain a clean and organized work area
*Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines
*Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures
Experience
Preferred candidates will have experience or familiarity with the following skills:
*Woodworking
*Cabinet building
*A strong understanding of CNC machinery operations is essential
