Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC machines, including setup, adjustments, and monitoring of production runs. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions to ensure accuracy. Perform tool changes and offsets to maintain quality and meet production requirements. Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime. Measure and inspect finished products using precision tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers) to ensure compliance with specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and company policies. Record production data, including quantities, measurements, and equipment performance. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and improve processes.

Experience

High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in CNC operations or machining preferred. Proven experience as a CNC Operator in a manufacturing environment (2+ years preferred). Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documentation. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Familiarity with measuring tools, such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Basic understanding of G-code and CNC programming. Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
