Job Description

1st Shift | Monday-Friday from 7:30-4pm 2nd shift |Monday- Friday from 4pm-12:30a Starting pay $26.00/hr depending on experience $1,000 Sign-On Bonus once hired onCompetitive benefits package including:

Set up and operate CNC machines following standard work procedures Inspect and deburr parts to ensure high-quality standards are met Perform preventative maintenance (PM) and minor repairs on machines Troubleshoot and resolve equipment abnormalities as they arise Participate in continuous improvement activities such as SMED, Kaizen, and problem-solving initiatives Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment 3+ years of CNC machine operating or maintenance experience Experience with OSP, Fanuc, or Haas controls Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints Experience troubleshooting and repairing CNC components such as spindles, motors, and turrets Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems is a plus * Experience with Fanuc robots, simple fabrication, or welding preferred
