Imagine Your Day
--------------------
Your shift begins with a blueprint in hand and a clear plan. You'll set up and run CNC mills and lathes--plus cut stock on the saw--to turn raw material into precision metal components. You verify critical dimensions with calipers and micrometers, record results on travelers and inspection sheets, and keep everything running smoothly with light maintenance and troubleshooting. Throughout the day, you contribute to a clean, safe, and organized workspace guided by 5S and lean practices. You'll work independently at the machine and collaborate with teammates to meet production targets without compromising quality.
