Polyshot Corporation founded in 1989 is a growing manufacture of Melt Delivery Systems in West Henrietta, New York. In 2019, Redbarn Pet Products, a manufacturer of healthy dog and cat food, treats, and chews, acquired the Polyshot Corporation to create a new line of injected molded treats.

Summary: Polyshot manufactures made to order Hot Runner Systems for the Plastic Injection molding industry, Polyshot is seeking a qualified individual that will set up, program, and operate CNC vertical milling machines. We are not a production facility. Our products are made to customer specifications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Set-up/Program/Run CNC Mills
• Responsible for machining of hot half manifold components, multi-axis surface machining of cavity block impressions.
• Proficiency in Master Cam 2021.
• Minimum 5 years\' experience.
• Operate multiple machines simultaneously.
• Overtime may be required, including weekends when necessary.

Computer Skills

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Database software; Master Cam 2021 Design/Manufacturing Software.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Tool Making, Mold Making, CNC Machining certifications a plus.
