Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems with and without complete documentation.
Repair machines and verify repairs through testing.
Order and maintain inventory for machine parts and supplies.
Move and install equipment and tooling, often working as part of a team.
Use precision measuring equipment to ensure machines are production ready.
Work in accordance with prevailing safety standards.
Communicate effectively and collaborate with team members.
Prioritize tasks and adapt to shifting project priorities.
Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed.
Complete additional duties as assigned.

Education & Experience
Entry-level - no prior maintenance experience required.
Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
Proven ability to apply problem-solving methodology.
Skills & Knowledge
Understanding of OSHA principles.
Basic computer skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and sense of urgency.
Excellent attitude, work ethic, and mechanical aptitude.
Ability to use good judgment for safety and quality.
Ability to become certified in forklift, scissor lift, and other equipment operation.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs, stoop, bend, kneel, and stand for long periods.
Occasional computer use.
Work Environment
Exposure to fumes, airborne particles, and petroleum-based solvents.
Noise levels vary; may include loud environments. Outside work as needed.
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
