What You'll Do:

Set up and operate CNC pleating equipment with accuracy. Use your math skills to measure, calculate, and check product quality. Learn multiple machines and become a floater operator to keep production moving. Spot issues and troubleshoot to keep everything running smoothly. Follow safety rules and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

What You Bring:

Strong math and attention to detail. Mechanical curiosity and a willingness to learn. High school diploma or equivalent. Bonus if you have prior manufacturing or CNC experience--but not required!
