Position Summary

We're looking for a motivated

CNC Machinist Apprentice

to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in learning how to program, set up, and operate CNC machines to produce precision parts. You'll receive hands-on training from experienced machinists and gain valuable skills to build a long-term career in advanced manufacturing.

What You'll Do

Learn to set up and operate CNC machines under the guidance of experienced machinists. Assist in programming CNC machines using shop software. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Measure and inspect parts using precision tools such as calipers and micrometers. Help perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on machines. Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety procedures. Learn how to work with different metals and materials used in production.

What We're Looking For

High school diploma or GED (technical or trade school a plus). Interest in machining, manufacturing, or mechanical work. Basic math skills and ability to read measurements. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and attention to detail. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods. Reliable and able to work well with others in a team environment.
