Job Summary

We are seeking energetic and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operators to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining a variety of CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines to produce high-precision parts and components. Your expertise will ensure that production runs smoothly, efficiently, and safely while adhering to strict quality standards. Responsibilities

Set up CNC machines such as CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, and CNC Press brakes and by installing tooling, fixtures, and programming parameters. Operate CNC equipment with precision, monitoring machine performance throughout production runs to ensure optimal output. Read and interpret complex blueprints, technical drawings, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), and CAD (Computer-Aided Design) files to produce accurate parts. Conduct routine inspections using precision measuring instruments like calipers, micrometers, and other quality control tools to verify dimensions meet specifications. Perform basic maintenance on machinery, troubleshoot issues promptly, and coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs or tooling changes. Follow safety protocols diligently, operate forklifts or other materials handling equipment when necessary, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Experience

Proven experience operating CNC machinery. Strong mechanical knowledge of manufacturing processes including fabrication, machining, tooling setup, and materials handling. Experience working with precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers for quality assurance. Prior factory or warehouse experience in a manufacturing environment is highly desirable. Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately.
