We are looking for a motivated machine operator to join our team! CNC Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machinery to produce high-quality parts according to established specifications. Working under the direct guidance of the
Head Machinist/Programmer
, the CNC Operator follows detailed instructions, setups, and machining programs to ensure accurate, consistent production.To be successful in this role, operators must have the following traits:
A keen eye for detail Mechanical aptitude Ability to comply with safety guidelines Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
Primary Responsibilities
Follow direction from the Head Machinist/Programmer
regarding part setups, tool changes, machining sequences, and program adjustments.Operate CNC mills/lathes
to produce parts to specification.Read and interpret drawings, work orders, and machining instructions
provided by the lead machinist.Perform routine machine checks
, including coolant levels, tool sharpness, and basic maintenance.Monitor machining processes
and make minor offsets or adjustments as approved.Inspect finished parts
using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools to ensure they meet tolerance requirements.Report issues or deviations immediately
to the Head Machinist/Programmer.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
in accordance with company standards.willing to train

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
