Job Overview:
We are seeking entry level Machine Operator to join our team. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of machinery to ensure efficient production processes. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Duties:
- Operate and monitor machines during production runs
- Set up machines according to specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during production
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar role
- Proficiency in operating press, CNC, lathe, or other relevant machinery
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments such as calipers
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Basic knowledge of tooling and CAM programming is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude
- Forklift certification is preferred but not required
