Job Description

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Machine/Fabricate parts to print specifications. Follow Standard Work. Maintain Daily Performance Charts accurately. Meet or exceed individual Policy Deployment Goals. Support Time Available and not be in the Disciplinary Action status. Communicate quality problems to supervision. Maintain a safe work environment by following all safety rules and regulations. Must be willing to cross train, and/or fill in as required due to personnel shortages due to vacations or illness. Notify Team Leader of any shortages of materials needed to complete scheduled jobs. Perform Preventive Maintenance as required. Perform Value Added tasks and processes as required. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications / Training / Skill Requirements:

Horizontal or Vertical machining experience. Ability to read and understand blue prints. Knowledge of G-Code Programming. Basic tooling and fixturing knowledge. Outstanding work ethics. Quality driven. Knowledge of different types of measuring equipment - calipers, bore gages, thread gages, taper gages, micrometers, etc. Takes an active part in Problem Solving.

Education Requirements:

High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred but not required.

Physical Demands:

Ability to lift 45 pounds occasionally.

Ability to stand 8 hours daily.

Base Pay: From $18.00 per hour
